What is Included:
One 90-minute live somatic and attachment circle mid-month at 10:30 AM Pacific. All call dates are confirmed when you enroll, and Zoom links are sent in advance.
A private community space for connection and support between calls
A weekly drop from me: a written piece, an audio reflection, a practice, or a teaching
A growing library of past calls and resources, accessible anytime
A new theme each month, with all previous months always available to return to

If you cannot make a live call, all calls are recorded and added to the library
